If you don't have enough racial points, just don't put points in the halfling tree at end game. Still put points in up to level 20 for the extra healing then spec out of it or spend less in vistani at 20.Wizard feels really strong for levelling and especially in low reaper endgame on hardcore. Warforged brings a lot of tank to this build and makes you feel very safe with reliable healing. The rune arm hits much harder than expected, and is very high uptime with maximum overdrive. Significantly improved from pre-patch evoker archmage.Combine that with great spells like sound burst, as well as awesome healing spells, and you have a match made in heaven. This character doesn't have much AOE DPS, but it makes up for that with very high single target dps. A fun build that will work from level 3-30.Ranks: 1. Progression: 10.
